2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sunroof window into the roof opening with the sunroof logo facing rearward.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the sunroof window screws (2) to the sunroof track.

    TightenΒ 

    Tighten the sunroof window screws to 4 N.m (35 lb.in).

  3. Check and adjust the sunroof window as necessary. Refer to SUNROOF WINDOW HEIGHT AND OPENING FIT ADJUSTMENTΒ  .
