2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Removal Procedure

- Remove the passenger carpet retainer. Refer to CARPET RETAINER REPLACEMENT (SEDAN) or CARPET RETAINER REPLACEMENT (COUPE) in Interior Trim.
- Remove enough of the carpet to access the door lock relay (1) located on the passenger hinge pillar (2).
- Pull the relay (1) away from the hinge pillar (2) disengaging the rosebud retainer.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (3) from the relay (1).
- Remove the relay (1) from the vehicle.
