- Install the front bumper impact bar.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the nuts to the front bumper impact bar.
Tighten
Tighten the front bumper impact bar nuts to 150 N.m (111 lb ft).
- Install the wiring harness and the components to the impact beam.
- Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER (CHEVROLET) or FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER (PONTIAC) .
- Lower the vehicle.
