2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

- Connect the antenna lead-in (4) to the antenna base (1).
- Install the antenna base (1) to the antenna mounting spacer (3) until fully seated while aligning the antenna base bracket to the upper hole in the pinchweld flange of the inner wheelhouse.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the antenna base screws (5) to the bracket on the antenna base (1).
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb.in).
- Install the antenna mast (2) to the antenna base (1).
Tighten
Tighten the antenna mast to 1.5 N.m (14 lb.in).
- Reposition the rear compartment trim panel.
