Installation Procedure
2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the front bracket and pass-through grommet to the cable.
- Install the front park brake cable to the vehicle. Insure the pass-through grommet is properly installed.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
- Install the front park brake cable bracket to the tunnel.
- Connect the front park brake cable to the park brake cable retainer.
- Connect the rear park brake cables to the equalizer.
- Install the RH muffler. Refer to Muffler Replacement - Right in Engine Exhaust.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the park brake lever. Refer to Park Brake Lever Assembly ReplacementΒ .
