2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lock pillar upper trim.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the screw securing the upper trim to the lock pillar.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the lock pillar upper trim screw to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in).

  4. Install the spacer and washer to the seat belt guide stud.

  6. Install the upper seat belt guide.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the upper guide nut to 40 N.m (29 lb ft).
