Removal Procedure

- Remove the appropriate headlamp assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
- Disconnect the headlamp wiring harness electrical connectors from the headlamp bulb/sockets.
- Remove the headlamp assembly pivot arm to the headlamp motor/actuator nut.
- Remove the bolts from headlamp motor/actuator.
- Remove the headlamp motor/actuator from the headlamp.
IMPORTANT:
Note the linkage-to-motor relationship for reassembly.
