Installation Procedure
2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the telescope drive bracket (5) to the jacket assembly.
- Install the pan head tapping screw (3) to the telescope drive bracket (5).NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
Install the guide retainer bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the screw to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Install the telescope drive motor assembly (2) to the telescope drive bracket (5).
- Install the 2 pan head tapping screws (4) to the telescope drive bracket (5).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Install the connector clip (1) to the telescope drive motor assembly connector (2).
