2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Installation Procedure

- Position the air induction tube to the washer solvent container.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
- Install the air induction tube screw.
Tighten:Β Tighten the screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
- Position the washer solvent container to the vehicle.
- Install the washer solvent container screws.
Tighten:Β Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the push-in retainer to the air induction tube.
- Connect the washer pump hose.
- Connect the washer pump electrical connector.
- Connect the anti-lock brake electrical harness to the washer solvent container.
- Install the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Install the washer solvent container cap.
- Fill the washer solvent container with solvent.
- Inspect the washer system for proper operation.
