2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Removal Procedure

- Lower the headliner enough to gain access to the opening in the overhead compartment. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Disconnect the wire harness electrical connection (2) for the OnStar microphone (3).
- With a flat-bladed tool disengage the retaining tabs (4) on the microphone (3).
- Push the microphone (3) out of the overhead console (1).
- Route the electrical connector (2) through the opening in the overhead console (1).
