2001 Chevrolet Cavalier LS, 2.4 TSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the drive belt from the power steering pump. Refer to the following procedures DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT - 2.2L (LN2) or DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT - 2.2L (L61) or DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT - 2.4L (LD9) .
  2. Remove the power steering pump from the engine. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT (2.2L (LN2))Β  or POWER STEERING PUMP REPLACEMENT (2.2L (L61) & 2.4L (LD9))Β  .
  3. Remove the pulley from the power steering pump using the J 25034-CΒ  .
