Oil Pan Installation

- Inspect the oil pan gasket for damage, replace as necessary. The oil pan gasket is reusable.
- Install the oil pan gasket.
- Install the oil pan.
- Install the oil pan bolts and hand tighten.
- Tighten the oil pan bolts.
- Tighten the (M8 X 1.25 X 80) (1) to 24 N.m (18 ft lbs).
- Tighten the (M8 X 1.25 X 22) (2) to 24 N.m (18 ft lbs).
- Tighten the (M6 X 1.00 X 25) (3) to 12 N.m (106 in lbs).
- Tighten the (4) to 26 N.m (19 ft lbs).
