Removal Procedure

2001 Chevrolet Cab & Chassis Silverado 2D Pickup, 8.1 G, 4WD, AutomaticSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the seat cushion. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Cushion Frame ReplacementΒ .

  4. Disconnect the harness connectors (2).
  5. Remove the memory module retaining screws (1).
  6. Fig 2: Memory Seat Control Module

  7. Slide the module out.
  8. Remove the module from the vehicle.
