Assembly Procedure

1999 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.5 FSECTION Assembly Procedure

Install the clutch fork outer spring (2) and the clutch fork (3) onto the clutch fork shaft (1).
Install the clip (4) onto the clutch fork shaft (1). Ensure the clip fully seats into the groove on the clutch fork shaft.
