- Install the electrical connectors to the ignition switch.
- Connect the shift interlock cable to the ignition switch.
- Route the ignition switch through the radio opening and position to the retainer.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the fasteners in order to secure the ignition switch to the IP retainer.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (80 in lbs).
- Install the ignition lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder Replacement .
