- Replace the O-ring. Refer to O-Ring Replacement
.NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the service port valve.
Tighten
Tighten the valve to 11 N.m (98 lb in).
- Evacuate and charge the system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery And Recharging .
- Leak test the A/C service port. Refer to Leak Testing .
- Install the service port cap.
