Removal Procedure

- Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery And RechargingΒ .
- Remove the upper diagonal brace from the front fender. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER UPPER DIAGONAL .
- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
- Remove the radiator. Refer to RADIATOR REPLACEMENT .
- Loosen the condenser tube nut from the condenser.
- Disconnect the condenser tube from the condenser.
- Remove the A/C compressor hose block fitting nut from the condenser.
- Disconnect the A/C compressor hose from the condenser.
- Tilt the top of the condenser to the rear of the vehicle and lift up to remove the condenser.
- Ensure the lower rubber mounts stay in place in the vehicle.
- Remove the upper rubber mounts from the condenser.
