Overdrive Assembly: Disassembly
Remove overrun clutch housing from overdrive carrier assembly. See Fig 1. Disassemble overrun clutch. See Fig 2 and Figure . Using clutch spring compressor and adapter, compress spring retainer, and remove clutch piston. See Fig 2. Disassemble overdrive assembly. See Figure. If necessary, disassemble overdrive carrier assembly. See Figure.
