Conditions for setting the DTC:
- A new (never installed in a vehicle) Passlock™ module has been installed and the ignition is turned to ON but is not rotated to CRANK. Once the ignition switch has been rotated to CRANK, the Passlock™ module will learn the Passlock™ code.
- The Passlock™ module is in the learn mode but does not see a valid Passlock™ sensor code because of a sensor or a wiring problem.
