Circuit Description
1999 Chevrolet Cutaway 7.4 JSECTION Circuit Description
This test checks for less than 48 pulses between CAM pulses. If pulses vary between too few or too many of the allowed range between CAM events, DTC will set. Conditions for setting DTC:
- DTC P1376 not set.
- At least one CAM pulse received in the last 0.25 second.
- Engine speed 496-3500 RPM.
- Number of CAM edges since key on is 7 or greater.
- Eight 24X pulses seen between cam pulses.
