Instrument Panel Extension: Removal
1999 Chevrolet Cutaway 7.4 JSECTION Removal
- Remove the instrument panel lower extension upper trim panel. See INSTRUMENT PANEL EXTENSION TRIM PLATEΒ .
- Remove the bolts (4) that retain the top outer edges of the instrument panel lower extension. See Fig 1.
- Remove the nuts (3) that retain the top and the bottom of the instrument panel lower extension.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors of the lighter, the accessory plug and the storage compartment lamp.
- Remove the instrument panel lower extension (2) from the vehicle.
