TCS Modulator/Motor Pack Assembly (Century & Regal): Reassembly

1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24, 2D Convertible, AutomaticSECTION Reassembly
  1. Place TCS modulator upside-down with gears facing you, rotate each gear clockwise until movement stops. Rotating gears clockwise will position pistons very close to bottom of TCS modulator bore, making brake bleeding easier.
  2. To complete assembly, reverse disassembly procedure. Ensure motor pack gears are aligned with TCS modulator gears. Bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM.
