Check for short to voltage in Black/Yellow and Black/Red wires between starter solenoid and Park Neutral Position (PNP) switch on models with 3-speed A/T, or transmission range switch on models with 4-speed A/T, or Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch on M/T. If Black/Yellow and Black/Red wires are okay, replace starter solenoid.
