Installation Procedure

- Align the lower trim panel push-in retainers to the inner panel.
Important: Position the seat belt through the slotted opening between the upper and lower trim panel.
- Install the lower trim panel by applying pressure on the panel to secure all of the push-in retainer locations.
- Install the bolts to the lower trim panel at the cargo tie down locations.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
- Install the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER UPPER (AZTEK) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER UPPER (RENDEZVOUS) .
- Install the rear seat belt. Refer to SEAT BELT RETRACTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR .
- Install the endgate sill plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - END GATE .
