  1. Connect the hood latch release cable to the hood latch.

  2. Position the hood latch to the marks on the hood latch support bracket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the hood latch to center support bracket bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  5. Adjust the hood, as required. Refer to Hood AdjustmentΒ .
  6. Close the hood.
