- Install the thermostat.
- Install the water outlet gasket and housing to the intake manifold.
- Install the water outlet bolts.
Tighten:
Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 ft lbs)
- Install the radiator hose to the water outlet housing.
- Use the J 38185 to reposition and install the hose clamp to the water outlet housing.
- Install the air cleaner assembly.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System
- Inspect for leaks.
