- BARO pressure is greater than 72 kPa.
- Engine coolant temperature is 167-257Β°F (75-125Β°C).
- Intake air temperature is 68-141Β°F (20.5-60.5Β°C).
- Engine operating in closed-loop.
- Engine has run for 6-8 minutes off idle in order to initiate test.
- Battery voltage is 9.0-16.0 volts.
- Fuel ethanol content is less than 14 percent.
Failure to meet the necessary requirements may produce inaccurate test results.
