- Engine speed is more than 250 RPM.
- Ignition 1 signal is 9-18 volts.
- Throttle Position (TP) sensor angle is less than 50 percent.
- TP sensor angle is steady within a range of less than 1.5 percent.
- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor signal is steady and less than .4 psi (3 kPa).
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) position sensor signal is less than 100 percent.
- Evaporative (EVAP) emission purge solenoid command is less than 100 percent.
- All listed conditions are stable for at least 5 seconds.
