1997 Chevrolet Chevy Van G2500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.5 FSECTION Removal & Installation (Electric)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain fuel tank. Raise vehicle and remove fuel tank. Disconnect electrical wiring from sending unit. Disconnect fuel lines from fuel pump. Using Cam Lock Remover (J-36608), turn cam lock counterclockwise. Remove sending unit and pump from fuel tank using Sending Unit Remover (J-39765). To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW seal ring. Check for fuel leak at fuel line fittings.
