- Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Disconnect coolant level sender. If low coolant indicator goes out, replace coolant level sender. If low coolant indicator remains on, go to next step.
- Disconnect instrument cluster harness connector. Connect test light between instrument cluster harness connector terminal No. 4 (Yellow/Black wire) and battery power. If test light does not light, replace instrument cluster. If test light lights, repair short to ground in Yellow/Black wire.
