NOTE:
If seat motor internal circuit breaker has tripped, it will not reset until power has been removed from motor.
- If power accessory circuit breaker opens whenever power seat switch is operated, check circuits for a short to ground. Check fuses. Check chassis ground points (behind kick panels) for good connection. Check for proper installation of aftermarket electronic equipment.
- Check for broken or partially broken wire inside of insulation, which could cause system malfunction but prove good in a continuity/voltage check with system disconnected. These circuits may be intermittent or resistive when loaded. Check by monitoring for voltage drop with system under load.
