Diagnostic Aids
Check for poor connections or chafed or broken wiring. Check for damaged wiring harness connectors. Using DVM to ground, check voltage at control module "desired torque in" terminal while moving related connectors and harness with warm engine running. If a failure is induced, voltage will change. This may help isolate malfunction.

When to See a Mechanic
