INFLATOR MODULE - SUPPLEMENTAL INFLATABLE RESTRAINT (SIR)
Remove or Disconnect
^ Disable the (SIR) system.
1. Four screws from the back of the steering wheel using a #30 torx driver (or equivalent).
2. Connector position assurance (CPA) and electrical connection from rear of inflator module.
3. Inflator module.
Install or Connect
1. Electrical and connector position assurance (CPA) to rear of inflator module.
2. Inflator module to steering wheel and four screws through back of steering wheel.
Tighten
Screws to to N.m (89 lbs. in.)
^ Enable the SIR system.
