Brake Pressure Modulator Valve: Installation

1996 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger Extended, 4.3 WSECTION Installation
  1. To install NEW transfer tubes into combination valve. Install combination valve to BPMV. Install EBCM to BPMV. Do not use any sealant on gasket or mating surfaces. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
  2. Bleed brake system, including BPMV. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEMΒ  . DO NOT overtighten BPMV-to-bracket bolts during installation. This may cause excessive noise transfer into vehicle. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ  .
