1994 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 5.7 KSECTION Thermostatic Vacuum Switch
  1. With engine coolant temperature less than 100Β°F (38Β°C), apply vacuum to manifold side of thermostatic vacuum switch. Switch should hold vacuum.
  2. With engine coolant temperature greater than 122Β°F (50Β°C), vacuum should drop off. If thermostatic vacuum switch fails either test, replace switch.
