Door Module: Installation

1994 Chevrolet Suburban K2500, 5.7 KSECTION Installation
  1. Install module and glass assembly into the door. See Figure . Fit the glass into the rear channel in the door.
  2. Install upper run channel bolt and tighten it.
  3. Connect lock and handle rods to the back of the module.
  4. Connect wiring connector if present. Pull the wiring through the boot and connect it inside the door hinge pillar.
  5. Install new water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR  .
  6. Install top front and the top rear module screws.
  7. Install module to door screws.
  8. Install lower run channel bolt.
  9. Install door trim panel. Refer to DOOR TRIM PANEL  .
