1. Inspect transmission case for cracks, porosity, connected passages, scored bushings and excess gasket material left on surfaces.
2. Inspect case extension for cracks, porosity and scored bushings.
3. Inspect all threaded holes for damage and repair as necessary.
4. Air check all fluid passages.
5. Inspect front and rear servo bores for porosity, burrs and damage.
6. Inspect cooler line connectors for damage and properly torque at 26 ft. lbs.
7. Inspect intermediate clutch plate lugs, snap ring grooves and case center support hole for damage.
8. Inspect speed sensors and brackets, pipe vent, PWM solenoid screen, rear lube seal and manual shaft seal for damage. Replace as necessary.
2. Inspect case extension for cracks, porosity and scored bushings.
