Tie Rod End: Installation

1993 Chevrolet Cavalier VL, 4D WagonSECTION Installation

Install tie rod end with the same number of turns as when removed. Tighten tie rod end castle nuts and sleeve pinch bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLEΒ  at the end of this article. Install NEW cotter pin at castle nut. Adjust toe-in as necessary.
