- Check master cylinder reservoir for correct fluid level. Inspect ABS hydraulic modulator for leakage or wiring damage. Check caliper piston for activation and release. Check all brakes to verify no drag exists.
- Check speed sensors for correct mounting and alignment. Inspect wiring harness for correct routing. Ensure connectors have good contact and are not damaged. Check front wheel speed sensor air gap for correct measurement. See WHEEL SPEED SENSORS under ADJUSTMENTS.
- Verify all wheel bearings are correctly adjusted. Ensure outer CV joints are correctly aligned and no play exists. Ensure all tires are in good condition.
