1. Check Fuse 1. If Fuse 1 is open, check for a short to ground in CKT 40.
2. Check Fuse 2. If Fuse 2 is open, check for a short to ground in CKT 340.
3. Check Fuse 17. If Fuse 17 is open, check for a short to ground in CKT 39.
4. Check that grounds G200, G201, G300 and G400 are clean and tight.
