1. Connect yellow two-way SIR electrical connector at base of column, then install connector position assurance (CPA).
2. Install SIR fuse into fuse block.
3. Install steering column filler panel, turn ignition switch to RUN position and check that ``Inflatable Restraint'' lamp flashes 7 to 9 times and then shuts off.
