1. Check F-Wiper Fuse. If open, check for short to ground through CKT 93.
2. Check that C208 is firmly mated.
3. If Washer Motor does not operate, check that:
- Washer Reservoir is filled.
- Hoses are correctly attached.
- Hoses are not cut, kinked or pinched.
- Nozzles are not clogged.
- Connector seal at Washer Motor is not damaged or missing.
4. If Washer does not operate and Wipers run in "HI" only ("LO" speed inoperative), check CKT 91 for open.
5. Check for binding or broken Wiper Arm Linkage.
6. Check for missing or damaged connector seal at Windshield Wiper Motor Module.
