1990 Chevrolet Lumina APV V6-191 3.1LSECTION Disassemble





1. Remove bolt (41), cover (330) and gasket.

2. Remove screw (334), solenoid assembly (333) and O-ring seal (337).

3. Remove switches (335 and 338), then the auxiliary valve body (343).

4. Remove orifice control valve (380), spring (381) and pin (304).

5. Remove converter clutch control valve (332), if equipped, and plug (310).

6. Remove pin (345) and slide (348).

7. Remove vanes (352) and rotor (353).

8. Remove pump vane ring (351).

9. Clean control valve and auxiliary valve body with solvent.
