A/C Compressor Brace:




A/C Compressor Coupled Hose Assembly:




High-Low Pressure Compressor Cut-Off Switches:






Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Discharge A/C system.
3. Electrical connectors from compressor.
4. Serpentine belt from compressor pulley by releasing belt tension at tensioner.
5. Belt off compressor pulley.
6. Raise vehicle.
7. Right front wheel for easier access to compressor and attaching hardware.
8. Right front wheel splash shield.
9. Bolts (2) from front engine bracket securing compressor (front).
10. Bolt (1) from rear engine bracket securing compressor (rear).
11. Engine block stud nut securing A/C compressor brace.
12. Bolt (1) attaching brace to compressor.
13. Compressor. It may be necessary to remove rear mounting bracket and bolts (3) for clearance.

Install or Connect

1. Compressor by reversing removal steps.
2. Battery negative cable.
3. Recharge and leak test A/C system.
