1. Attach rubber band to green tang of intermediate choke lever, then open throttle to allow choke valve to close.
2. Position magnet on top of choke valve, then rotate bubble until centered. Refer to Specifications and rotate scale until specified degree for adjustment is opposite pointer.
3. Hold secondary lockout lever away from pin, Fig. 15, then hold throttle wide open.
4. To adjust, bend tang on fast idle lever until bubble is centered.
