- Install new transmission-to-transfer case gasket with sealer on both sides. Align transfer case with transmission. Rotate transfer case output shaft until transmission output shaft engages transfer case input shaft.
- Move transfer case until case seats flush against transmission. Install transfer case attaching bolts. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ . To complete installation, reverse removal procedures.
