- Under normal operating conditions, fluid installed at factory will give satisfactory lubrication for life of vehicle. Fluid changes are not necessary unless lubricant has become contaminated with water.
- If vehicle is operated at sustained high speed during hot weather, above 90°F (32°C), transmission fluid should be changed, and the drain plug magnet should be cleaned every 15,000 miles.
