  1. Attach rubber band to tang of intermediate choke shaft. Open throttle to allow choke valve to close. Install choke valve gauge and set angle to specification. See CHOKE VALVE GAUGEΒ .
  2. Hold secondary lock-out lever away from pin. Hold throttle lever in wide open position. See Fig 1. To adjust, bend fast idle lever tang until bubble of choke valve gauge is centered.
