CAUTION:
When servicing suspension, use Drive Axle Boot Seal Protector (J-33162
) on inner Tri-Pot axle joint with silicone (Gray) boot. Boots made of Black thermo-plastic material do not require boot protector. For outer double-offset joint, modify Boot Protector (J-34754
) by cutting off 3 tabs on inside surface. Do not overextend inner Tri-Pot joint on drive axle or separation of internal parts may result.
