- Test fuel pump volume by connecting hose from TBI fuel feed line to a suitable unbreakable container. See Fig 1. Apply battery voltage to the fuel pump test terminal (terminal "G" of the ALDL connector). See Fig 2 for ALDL terminal identification.
- Verify the volume is within specifications. See FUEL PUMP PRESSURE/VOLUME SPECIFICATIONS table.
